PAVE THE ROAD influences policy.  

February 18, 2020 Congress voted the mandatory use of recycled materials in road construction by 15% for 3 years  & 50% after 5 years.

SYNOPSIS: Turning their camera on themselves for 13 years, a mother and her children share their personal family life, move to the jungles of Costa Rica, fight against air pollution, innovate plastic roads and legislate a universal solution for waste management.
